This is a beautiful old building. We upgrade the units frequently. We currently have it with hard wood floors, ceiling fans and all electric. This apartment has all the modern amenities you expect but maintains the charm of it age. You enter the main door into the dining room. It has a small galley style kitchen, Lots of cabinets and fairly good counter space. It has a broom closet in the kitchen. The counter top and back splash is ceramic tile. There is a wood deck on the rear of the unit for your private use. It has central air and heat. In the kitchen the appliances are relatively new and include a built in microwave. Come see your new home. Tenant pays electric. Landlord pays all other utilities and maintains the grounds. I'm sorry but we do not accept pets. We require a one year lease. Once this expires we will go month to month. Tenant can renew if they wish but we do not require it.
