Country living in the Pine Valley School District. Nice sized house on 2 Acres of land that but up to forest. Far enough out of the village to be quiet year round. We see the occasional deer walk through in the winter. Inside was remodeled when we bought in 2011 with totally new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen, all stay with the house. Hardwood floors all throughout the house were installed in 2011 and are real wood not the stuff you get at Home Depot. Fireplace, and Propane stove so you can take your pick in the winter. Deck and pool added on in 2013. Pool is 21' above ground and deck around the house is huge. Have to see to actual get a feel for it. We actually used the "sewing room" as a small third bedroom when we lived there but it can be a good office or playroom.
