All applications must be submitted through Zillow, and all credit and background checks will be processed through Zillow's screening system. Each adult applicant must complete a Zillow application and pay the standard Zillow screening fee. Screening reports must be generated directly through Zillow as part of the application process; previously obtained or third party reports cannot be accepted. Applicants must have at least twelve months of verifiable rental history and provide lawful, verifiable income documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, or benefit statements. Credit, rental history, and background checks are required for each adult applicant, and all screening reports must be obtained directly by the landlord through the designated screening service; previously pulled or third party reports will not be accepted. Criminal history will be evaluated on an individualized basis in compliance with Washington State law, and occupancy must remain consistent with local housing and safety standards. All applicants must submit a completed application, government issued photo identification, and the applicable screening fee.
