This home is best suited for mid-term stays (2 6 months), with flexibility depending on tenant needs. 1. Lease Duration Preferred mid-term stays of 2 6 months. Flexible arrangements may be discussed. 2. Rent Payment Policy Rent is $5,500/month, due by the 3rd of each month with a 5-day grace period. A $50 late fee applies after the grace period. 3. Security Deposit A $3,000 security deposit is required. Refundable within 7 days after move-out, less deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations. 4. Utilities Utility cap option available at $300/month or usage-based billing. For stays of 30+ nights, a $350 monthly utility cap applies. 5. Insurance & Requirements - Renter's insurance required - Payments accepted via Zelle or Stripe 6. Pets Pets allowed with approval. A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies. Additional pet damage may be charged case-by-case.
