Freshly remodeled and fully updated, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom charmer accommodates up to 6 guests plus one well-behaved dog. Enter to the cozy living room with 2 plush sofas, a cute electric fireplace and large flat screen TV offering streaming services but no cable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals, plus there's seating for 4 at the dining counter. Just off the living room is a Queen bedroom and a separate 3/4 bathroom (full bathroom with shower but no bathtub). Upstairs, the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Tahoma Treasures Sapphire Cabin is a great base camp for all your Tahoe adventures like skiing, hiking, and biking. To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park is a quick and easy walk or bike ride along a paved path; DL Bliss and Emerald Bay State Parks are just a little further down the road. Beach fun at Chamberlands or skiing and snowboarding at Homewood Mountain Resort are nearby to the North. Tahoe City, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and North Shore are just a short drive away too! Please note: Due to its proximity to West Lake Blvd, some road noise is to be expected and, if you're bringing a dog, please keep it leashed when outdoors on the property. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs, 2 Queen Beds North Lake Tahoe Ski Lease Details For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus first and last two month's rent is due before Move-In. Please note, this is equal to FOUR MONTHS' RENT DUE BEFORE MOVE IN. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
