There are hardwood floors in the living room and both bedrooms. The dining room has linoleum flooring and an a/c unit built in wall plus ceiling fan. The kitchen has linoleum flooring as well plus it has a stove and refrigerator included. The washer/dryer hookup is downstairs. The garage is for one car parking only. The apartment is located close to schools, hospital, park and shopping. The following utilities are included water (based on 2 adults only) if more than 2 adults then the rent will go up to $25 per person extra, sewer and trash. The renter will be responsible for electric, gas, cable/internet/phone.
