Welcome to The Beau House. This fully furnished home is perfect for a single person or couple needing a quiet space to work and relax. All utilities, including internet, are included. The house has its own private entrance, full kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom. To enjoy your home cooked meals there is also a stove with full oven, microwave, toaster oven and a coffee maker. As you come in you will be greeted with a large vaulted ceiling, lot's of bright daylight and beautiful decor. The kitchen is very spacious and will have everything you need to cook to your heart's content. The bedroom is very cozy and right across from the full bathroom. You have your own in unit Washer and Dryer for convenience and time saving. Finally, there is a big back yard with apple trees and a paved covered patio. There may be other guests staying in separate units. Owner Pays for Water, Gas, Light, Trash, Sewage and Internet. House is in a shared plot with two other rentals but each have their own entrance and spaces. No shared spaces. There may be guests staying in other units so we ask that you observe Quiet Hours from 11pm-8am. No smoking, No drugs and No vaping anywhere on the property ($250 fee). No Loud Music. Washer and Dryer should not be used between the hours of 4pm to 9pm. For Safety reasons, Fireplace is not available use. Guests may be asked to take trash bins to the curb on Tuesdays and bring them back in on Wednesdays. Landscape service mows front yard and back yard on Saturdays and will need appropriate access. EV Charging may be available for a pre-agreed on price. If allowed, charging should NOT be done between the hours of 4pm to 9pm.
