Our home is very comfortable with carpet in the living room, office/den and two bedrooms, and laminate floors in the dinning room and master bedroom. The bathrooms are tiled. All of the appliances are Kenmore and the stove is a gas range with a warming drawer and convection oven. The master bath has a large walk in shower with a built in bench and opposite from the shower is a stand alone soaking tub. The master bedroom used to be our office but we remodeled it this year. We bought the house in 1999 and at that time put in the French door leading to the patio and had a privacy fence built approximately 3 years later. We replaced our roof with a metal roof about 6 years ago. If you're interested in any of the furnishings, that can be negotiable to sell with the house..
