We are looking for someone to take over our lease from June 1st until Aug. 31st in the Arbors for a two bedroom, two story apartment which is a 10 min. walk from both Mill Avenue and Tempe Town lake, and a 25 minute walk from the ASU campus. Once approved by the complex, the person (or roommates) could move in from May 15th onward. We are paying $900 a month in rent without utilities, which is lower than what the complex is asking for these places on a fresh move-in, and based on previous increases over the past three years, they would most likely ask for $950 a month starting September 1st. The process is simple to transfer the lease, there is a $40 fee to the complex for a credit check, then simply sign on and the place is theirs from June 1st until August 31st. No security deposit is needed, our $150 deposit would be taken over by the person moving in (assuming their credit checks out). It would also be possible to sign on for a continuing lease right away. Check the Arbors official website link for the floorplan and other ammenities, our floorplan is the "Redwood" one that is 943 square feet. We are looking for someone to officially take over our lease from June 1st until Aug. 31st. The complex requires a credit check, then the person would simply sign on and the place is theirs from June 1st until August 31st. No security deposit is needed, our $150 deposit would be taken over by the person moving in (assuming their credit checks out). A continuing lease can also be signed right away if looking for a longer term lease.
