Loop back to the cabin where all is humble, warm, protected: good for cribbage, sauteing the haul of wild foragings, a place to reconsider one’s trajectory. Current owners are happy to get the next folks going with furnishings and other necessities. Even a travel-trailer that can accommodate additional friends and family. A log sided shed protects tools, etc. By happy coincidence the neighbor’s place is also for sale if you need more space and elbow room – put together 40 acres and a neat little compound! George H Crosby Manitou State Park is just down the road, an unknown gem of MN’s state park system! Further inland is endless public land, lakes, the BWCA. The Trestle Inn is a must stop for chow.
