These apartments are available for qualifying individuals and families who have a total family income of less than 50% of the Snohomish County Median Household income, but with a monthly income at least three times the amount of rent. THIS PLAN MUST BE APPROVED AS PART OF THE TENANCY REQUIREMENTS. -Applicants, other than seniors, must agree to move when they no longer meet the residency requirements or at the end of 24 months, whichever comes first. -All applicants must continue to meet the financial requirements and will be required to be requalified yearly. -50% of Snohomish County Median Household Income for 2022-2023 -A credit score of 640 or higher.
