My comfortable fully-furnished home directly across the street from Chautauqua Park is available when I'm out of town. Beautiful and convenient location next to Chautauqua Park! Endless trails right across the street, several restaurants within a half mile, and many more incredible restaurants a mile away on Pearl St. Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed at the house. It's very important to me that the neighbors are not affected in any way when I rent the house to guests while I'm out of town. There is room for 3 guest cars in the driveway, but at times my own car may also be in the driveway while I'm traveling. Quiet dogs can sometimes be allowed upon request. Unfortunately due to allergies, I can't allow cats. No smoking. Boulder short-term rental license has been approved for this house. This is my home, so it's only available for rent when I'm traveling. I currently expect to be gone the entire month of Feb 2026, so the house will be available for guests that month.
