The kitchen was fully replaced in 2023 and features granite countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Laundry hookups were installed off the living room which hold stacking washer and dryer which are included in the rent. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor while the third bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, and laundry room are all located on the first. The back yard is fully fenced in and has covered parking in the detached 2 car garage (no garage door). Renter is responsible for utilities and yard maintenance. Lease is for 12 months and then month-to-month. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and no "dangerous breeds" allowed due to insurance. An additional deposit applies for accepted pets but no additional fee. We do not charge an application fee but a $45/adult background check fee will be due prior to lease signing.
