I love this apartment so much I've lived it in twice with about a 5 year gap. It's in a central location to Lansing & East Lansing. It's quiet and professionals live here. It's dog/cat friendly for an additional fee. There's also heated underground parking for an additional fee which is wonderful in the winter. The ceilings are 12' tall. Personally I think I have the best unit because I have southern exposure and the master bedroom and the living room all have windows, yet I'm farthest from the train, so I rarely even hear it go by. My plants are SUPER happy here! There's a lot of storage. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. On the 4th of July and when the local baseball team plays you can see the fireworks from the windows. You can hear the music from the concerts that are downtown if you open the windows too. I've loved living here, I'm just buying a house and moving from the area so it's time for me to move on. Incentive- if you take over the lease by 12/01/19- I'll give you $500! My lease is up in March so rent it til March or lease it for a year! You pay Consumers Energy & Lansing Board of Water and Light
