The property comes with rights to Midnight Creek and is equipped with year round water access via gravity fed pipe to Cabin sink. Small solar panels charge the battery bank to power lights and other electronics throughout the cabin. Private hiking and biking trails accessible from the property will bring you to private wilderness exclusive to Schofield owners and eventually lead to The Hold Sheep Herders Trail that loops into West Maroon or Lead King Basin. A hidden gem is the access to North Pole Basin (private property), with an easement allowing one access to some of the most pristine wilderness in Colorado.
