One of the few places left, with acres and acres of land available in several areas. It's not at all unusal to see wild animals , such as; rabbits, birds, foxes and coyotes, just to name a few, "inspecting" your property for possible food. Twentynine Palms, known as 29 Stumps to the locals, is just 45 minutes from the "Golf Capital of the World", Palm Springs, CA., and about 2.5 -3 hours from Los Angeles, CA and the Pacific Ocean.
