The suite is equipped with a 2 queen sized beds, 1 sectional couch, full bathroom, walk-in closet, work desk, dining table, 4 folding chairs, charcoal grill, and bike wash station. Please note that I live in the home above the 760 SF suite. I will try to be as quiet as possible when leaving for work in the mornings, however; you may hear me. Thanks. No smoking allowed. Rent is due on first day of each month. Lease terms are monthly. Subleasing is not allowed. Full lease terms will be provided for review and signing before leasing.
