    What's special

    The entrance of the house faces west with a covered porch and nice landscaping that is inviting. Entering the foyer is a two room feature. The south wall has a wooden feature that is very distinct. A game room with a pool table and office area are directly to the left. The den or living room is on the east side with a vaulted ceiling and French doors that open to the new two tiered large wooden deck with spa and overhang cover from the roof. The backyard is a good size( we have a golden that loves it) which could easily have a pool and has a raised garden bed. It has an open view of the green belt, pond and dam and new fence that opens up to a walking trail around the green belt. A storage building matching the Tudor design is on the south. The kitchen is a good size open to the living room with plenty of storage space and a great amount of counter space and an electric range. The utility room is connected to the kitchen with bi- doors and an updated half bath also there. There is a large pantry next to the washer/dryer and hanging pole for laundry. The utility room opens to the garage where you can use the side door to take out the garbage contained behind a new fence addition. The garage is a little larger than a two car with automatic opener and pull down ladder to the attic with some space floored for storage. We have a stand up freezer and water softener for the house in the garage. The three bedrooms are along the hall. The two front bedrooms are a good size and a Jack and Jill type connection to the bathroom, tub and vanity. The master at the end of the hall to the east has a sliding door that opens to the deck. The bathroom has a vanity , under storage and a water closet with a walk in shower. The storage in the water closet is a nice size for more linens and other items needed. The master has a good size closet. The two other bedrooms have normal sized closets. This bathroom has a very large closet for linens and other storage. The closet opens to the vanity area and also where the tub and toilet are. The hall has a good sized closet for coats and vacuum etc. and at the west end of the hall there is another closet for storage. The cream wooden blinds are in the front and back of the house. There are new windows that have been installed and under warranty in the past five years in all rooms. New painting was done in 2020 to the entire interior house. There is a new roof and gutters that were installed in 2019 with new fence in 2020. New flooring was installed in 2020 also. There is carpet in the bedrooms and wood like tile in all areas except for the bathrooms which have new tile. The house is located at the east end of Summerset Drive and is a north and south double culdesac which cuts down on traffic. Nice neighbors with only a few rent houses. The HOA is very strict which keeps our neighborhood in good shape in spite of the age of the property. We use ADT for our security. We bought the house from owners of only two years from being built. We have been the owners since.
