Tenants pay for their own utilities which include gas for heat, electricity, water and sewerage, telephone and cable TV. Tenants are encouraged to insure their belongings with a standard renter's insurance package. Tenants sign a one-year lease and a security deposit is required. Touring the Apartments The best way to get a feel for the community and our apartments is a tour. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
