It has air conditioning, furnace and a pellet stove for the winter. Outside patios both in the front and in the back on the home. Quiet cul de sac. Furnished Private Bedroom. Bathroom. Full Access to Kitchen, Laundry, and Common Living Areas. Off-Street Parking.
