Little bit about this home. HUGE double lot 120ft by 100ft (ish) partially fenced in. Has a gravel pad for parking camper etc... Has a small single car attached garage. Very nice neighborhood!!!! Right across the street from a church park/playground. About two blocks away from William Penn University. One block away from Oskaloosa Christian School. Well established neighborhood!
