Property is in great location, close to campus and a Winn Dixie. Roommate is male but either gender is welcome. No pets please! Looking to sublet for a roommate who just needs a place to stay from August to December. Currently living in Sunbay Apartments, a complex which is super close to a Winn Dixie and is about a 25 minute walk from campus (see map). The master bedroom is the one which is available. Bathroom is shared. I'm a male, but either gender is welcome; I'm pretty chill. Laundry is community style, so there is no W/D in the unit (although it is right next to the apartment). Parking is very flexible - a decal is given out, but everybody parks wherever anyway and the management is cool with it. Utilities have averaged about $30-$45 per person per month. I've moved around 9 times since being in Gainesville and this has been my favorite place thus far by a longshot!
