These are photos of the house prior to the renovation, during demo, excavation, building of footers, repair of original 1830s foundation. Includes preservation of original brick by tuck pointing carefully throughout the interior and exterior, preserved and restored original poplar wood floors & transoms that had 3 layers of paint. Backyard was excavated and landscaped, addition of wood fences, newly cemented driveway w/drainage system,etc. Too many items to list. All work overseen by Lexington's Historic Preservation Office and design plans approved by the Board of Architectural Review.
