This charming beauty was completely renovated in 2014, with a new dimensional roof and new HVAC (including ductwork). Many of the doors and windows were replaced. We updated the bathrooms with tile and new fixtures. We put new carpet in the den, and repainted the entire house inside and out--all other rooms have refinished hardwood floors. The kitchen was updated with new tile floors, and is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a convenient pantry and large center island. The house has lovely details like reclaimed 200-year-old beadboard for the custom bench seats in one of the bedrooms, two fireplaces (one operational), built-in bookshelves, and the refinished original hardwood floors throughout.
