This home is listed as $30,000 OBO. These are older pictures (2011), the home is in need of TLC but is livable. A new furnace and duct work was installed in 2011 (control unit replaced in 2017), new flooring and plumbing in the kitchen in 2010. We had used it as a four bedroom. The electrical has been upgraded and new greenwall installed in the bathroom also in 2010. This home is within easy walking distance of downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The rest of the home does have wood paneling over the top of lathe and plaster with adobe brick for insulation (this is a wonderful insulator!). Renters currently occupy the property and we would like to provide them with at least 30 days' notice-or you can continue renting to them for rental income.
