There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time. You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. You are not required to pay additional fees that have not been previously disclosed to you. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign. There is a 3% Processing Fee if paying by credit card. To make your stay stress-free, we offer two options: provide travel insurance and we'll waive the security deposit, or opt for a non-refundable fee instead of a security deposit ranging from $2,000 to $10,000.
