I am renting out a house at 709 S 67 St, has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a large bedroom in basement, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. It is a ranch style home with hard wood floors, fireplace, a deck and a three season sun porch. It is 1280 sf above grade, backs to the golf course at elmwood, has a 2 car basement garage, central air and rent will include all yard work. Rent is 1350 a month, this will include washer and dryer and lawn service. There is to be no pets and non smoking is a must. It is available, and deposit is going to be the same as the rent, also requesting at least a 12 month lease at a minimum. It is negotiable on the lease if it is a UNO professor or someone who will be in town for only a short amount of time. Applicants must be willing to take care of the property as if it were their own. Upon the termination of the lease or move out, will be cleaned and left as it was rented. Renter is responsible for the utilities. There are some furnishings in the house and if you would like to use them it is available. I can explain more of the rental upon a phone call or text.
