This is a small 2 bedroom 1 bath home. It includes small walk in closets, ceiling fans and many updates. The house has 2 refrigerated A/C units and baseboard heaters. It is all electric. The house does have a refrigerator that runs fine but is missing many inside features. I have reduced the rent for this reason. The house is mostly new vinyl tiles with carpet in 1 bedroom. Lawn care can be provided for an additional $100 a month or you can maintain it. There is no on site laundry but the laundry mat is within walking distance.
