Open kitchen/dining area with living space, bathroom has shower, no tub and HUGE second floor bedroom with closet. Stove and fridge furnished. Paved off street parking. Tenant is responsible for the electricity. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage, and natural gas. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
