All-inclusive includes water, electric, high speed fiber internet, trash service, parking, lawn care, and secure package delivery. Each apartment is furnished with a washer dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and garbage disposal. Our gated entrances, along with security lighting in the parking area and breezeways; offers peace of mind to our tenants. Our staff is friendly and prompt. Our maintenance staff is tenured and trustworthy. Tenants can rest assured that they will know their maintenance person when their presence is requested. Creekside and Grand Place leases are one-year leases. Priced all-inclusive at $525.00 per person monthly (with a two (2) person lease) or all-inclusive $416.67 per person monthly (with a three (3) person lease). We are pet friendly (small dogs and cats) there is an initial fee and monthly fee per pet, no more than 2 pets per unit. Size and breed restrictions on dogs. Creekside and Grand Place are student rentals.
