Garage size is 7' high; 18' deep; 15'9 wide) - enhanced privacy of being one house off the boardwalk in Mission Beach - spacious patio with outdoor seating and BBQ Enter on the 1st floor to a freshly remodeled unit with new kitchen. Living room features a dining room table, comfortable sofa sleeper, mounted LCD TV, and spectacular views of the beach and boardwalk. You can people watch from the comfort of your couch! Off the living room is a full bathroom and bedroom with king size bed. Go up the stairs to the master suite with vaulted ceilings, queen bed and private bathroom. Go up the second flight of stairs to the third "Crow's Nest" bedroom which features a bunk bed (twin and full), bathroom with shower and a private balcony with table and chairs - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while you watch the waves. Please note that this room on the 3rd level is not suitable for young children. It is outside of the actual unit, accessed from inside the unit via a staircase leading to the 3rd floor balcony, and the room is off the balcony. We recommend this room for teenagers and adults only. This beach retreat has AC and is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need - plenty of towels, dinnerware, glasses, and cooking utensils as well as supplies. The property also has high speed internet and cable television.
