Sellers so loved this villa and its poolside location that they bought it back after moving North for a few years. They have spent the past 12 years updating and upgrading continuously. They re-did the kitchen with white raised panel cabinets and Corian counters 2010 They also added extra cabinets along the back wall of the breakfast area. They re-poured the floor in the Florida room so there is no step down so you can go smoothly from the dinette to the Florida room to the family room which is great if your in a wheelchair or walker.
