When I moved in I replaced the windows, replaced heating & A/C, new garage door, added more sq. footage to patio in the backyard. I replaced the kitchen countertop and sink. I replaced the carpet in the living room and main bedroom with laminate flooring. I had shingles replaced, which it badly needed. I also have a wonderful shed behind the garage. The garage is also bigger than a single car garage.
