House was built by my parents in 1978. We have recently updated the home with new paint and texture, fixtures,most floors, insulation, sinks, trim, windows, doors and many other things...it is on 6 partially wooded city lots.....and the small yard is fenced. We have put a lot if time, and care into this house. We are looking for someone to take care of it and respect it as much as we do. For us its not just a rental. Please only serious inquiries.
