Parking available on the street or driveway. All utilities are included in the monthly. WiFi at the house is hi-speed averaging 250 to 350 gbps provided by Utopia Fiber. The house is close to State Street and Fort Union Blvd. 2 minutes drive to the Fort Union Shopping District, 3 minutes drive to the Midvale UTA station, 5 minutes drive to the Fashion Place Mall and 18 minutes drive to the SLC Airport.
