The bedroom level also has a spacious den area. Initial lease is for 4 to 6 months but can be extended depending on preferences. Upstairs is the living, dining, kitchen and common areas. Parking available on the street or driveway. All utilities are included in the monthly. WiFi at the house is hi-speed averaging 250 to 350 gbps provided by Utopia Fiber. The house is close to State Street and Fort Union Blvd. 2 minutes drive to the Fort Union Shopping District, 3 minutes drive to the Midvale UTA station, 5 minutes drive to the Fashion Place Mall and 18 minutes drive to the SLC Airport.
