There is a $39.50 application fee to cover the cost for background and credit check with a requirement of 3 times monthly rent. First showings will be scheduled for Sunday, July 26 between 3 and 5 or Monday, July 27 between 4 and 6. Lease is 12 month with month to month afterwards.
