Renter is responsible for all ulilities including water, electric. Renter pays a small garbage removal charge. The internet is included in the rental price. Owner required to arrange their own cable TV. A separate agreement is made for the use of the lake, firepit and surrounding grounds. There is private parking in the cottage driveway
