Private Furnished room, with a queen bed, 2 side tables, a dresser, under bed storage and a tv on the wall. Window is facing backyard. Shared living room, laundry room, and kitchen. Bathroom will be the quest bathroom but mostly private. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. No smoking in the home. No drugs. Will do a background check and must provide payslip to verify income. Parking will be on the street or extra to park in gated driveway. We expect dishes to be done and bathroom to remain reasonably clean due to being the guest bathroom. 5 days of over night guests is the max monthly.
