Small pet ok, dog or cat, I do not require a pet deposit but will adjust rent accordingly. At this time I am not set up for Section 8. Required to Rent, Please Read 1. Background/credit check is required on Zillow application (paid for by applicant). I have many people who have already applied to this apartment without an eviction. Credit score number should be decent. I am looking at the history of on-time payments with no delinquencies. 2. Proof of income (pay stubs) that show at least 3x rent per month ($3900). 3. I would like to know how many people are going to live in the apartment, income per month, pets, smoker etc that is on the application.
