Lease Terms for Silver Lake, Belleville Apartment: 1. Lease Duration: Minimum stay: 30 days or more. 2. Utilities & Furnishings: All utilities included. Fully furnished with modern amenities. 3. Security Deposit: $1,000 security deposit required. 4. Renters Insurance: Yes, renters insurance is required. 5. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, inside or outside the property (within 25 feet). A $500 fine will be applied for any violation. Guests are responsible for their visitors adhering to this rule. 6. Parking: One assigned off-street parking spot is provided for guests. 7. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly: Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pets must be on a leash when outside the apartment. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. 8. Guest Limit: Only 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time. Guest check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. 9. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. 10. Restrictions: No events, commercial photography, or filming allowed. No open flames (e.g., candles). No glitter or confetti. 11. Maintenance Responsibilities: - Guests are responsible for bringing out labeled garbage and recycling bins to the curb the night before pickup, and returning them to the driveway once emptied. The garbage pickup schedule is posted on the refrigerator. - Please conserve utilities and water. - No food should be kept in the bedroom. 12.
