The Garage is large and deep. It can fit an SUV. Note:Vehicle charging can be installed with some Tenant expense. The back yard is completely private and the lawn is manicured and managed. The Organic Garden in the backyard is very large and is solely for the tenant. The snow removal (Tenant clears all stairs and walkway) and mowing are managed by the Landlord. Thanks for looking!!
