Snowmass Village offers 3,300 skiable acres, from beginner to expert runs, an excellent ski school and many restaurants in Snowmass Village which is very close. Aspen and its slopes, shopping and nightlife are a short drive. The free Snowmass shuttle route and the RFTA bus to Snowmass Village and Aspen are just steps away from the house. Renter shall be responsible for all housekeeping charges during the stay and for a checkout clean to bring the property back to the check-in condition. A minimum of 1 housekeeping service per week is required during the rental term. Housekeeping can be set up through the management company at $45 per hour. Any and all cost will be billed to renter and taken out of the Security Deposit held.
