this apartment is very clean and up to date, lots of kitchen cabinets, fridge, new stove, 4 rooms, 2 bedrooms. quiet community, we have our own police department, fire department, road department, and garbage pick-up. I am looking for tenants who are respectful to me, my other tenants, my building, and themselves. I live in the building. landlord pays sewage only, all utilities by tenant. very economical apartment, on the coldest month its $80 for heat. ceiling fans in every room. apartment size washer/dryer in bathroom. All floors are hardwood look. I do background checks, and reference checks, also income verification. must be clean, and have no drug history, or law problems.
