If Lease is re-signed by Tenant(s) Security Deposit will transfer to the newly signed lease. Landlord will return Security Deposit to Tenant(s) no later than 10 days after move out date. ACCESS: Landlord will provide Tenant(s) one set of keys to enter Premises. If lost or broken Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement or cost of replacement of keys. SUBLETTING: Tenant(s) are not permitted to sublet the apartment. PARKING: Landlord will provide free 2 parking spaces in the parking lot behind the residence. UTILITIES: Landlord agrees to pay/provide the following utilities as part of the rental agreement: Electricity, Gas heating, WIFI, Sewage, Trash removal, Lawn care, Snow removal, Water PETS: Tenant(s) will be allowed pets. Security Deposit of $500.00 is required at first payment of Rental Agreement and is refundable if no damages are made by pets on the Property. Pet Security Deposit will be returned to Tenant(s) no later than 10 days after move out date. If Tenant(s) live with dog(s) they must pick up and dispose of feces. No feces shall be left on property. NOISE: Tenant(s) agree to abide by all local, state and county noise ordinances. SMOKING POLICY: There is to be no smoking inside the rental property. No exceptions.
