A one-of-a-kind ski-in/ski-out condo (or mountain bike-in and out) just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort. Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can buy lift tickets, rent skis, buy a steaming cup of coffee, pizza, burgers, whiskey, etc. Then walk across the plaza to the main quad lift and off you go! You also have access to an outdoor hot tub where you can rest your weary legs and look up at the stars and the glowing snow capped mountains at night. Tons of hiking trails in the San Juan Mountain wilderness are literally 5 minutes from this condo. There are also several mountain lakes for fly fishing within 5 minutes of this condo. I recently saw a guy catch a 24 inch rainbow trout in the Animas River in downtown Durango - 2 blocks from the VFW Hall on main street. No smoking Small pets are ok
