Very nice family home with first floor full bathroom with whirlpool tub and second floor kitchenette. Small pets allowed (no fee but strict rules on "small"; cats or lap dogs.) Dry basement.(Unfinished walls but very nice) 1st month,Last month, Security deposit required. (no exceptions) No section 8 vouchers. Please call the office M-F 11-4. (sometimes notifications don't work through the Zillow app so calling will get you the fastest response and scheduling.) These are the times we also show the property. Sorry, no weekend showings.
