The owner (me) lives right next door and is extremely attentive to tenant needs, and happy to provide references. 12 month rental agreement (but willing to adjust to 10, 11, 13, or 14 months, as long as it ends in the summer). Rent includes electricity, water, sewer, wifi. Unit will be delivered empty. No smoking. 1 parking space (parking tandem). Free laundry in basement, small garden at the front that you can share with landlord.
