It is a male sleeping room in the upstairs of the house. It is completely furnished, including bedding and towels. Per city rules there is no cooking in the rooms. There are 4 sleeping rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, fridge, and microwave. Each tenant is required to clean up after himself. I do deep cleaning to the shared area monthly (bathroom and microwave/fridge area). I supply a daily shower cleaner to use after showering. There is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials for daily cleaning needs. You supply personal hygiene items. The laundry mat, grocery store and bus stop are one block away. Internet for a fee. It has air-conditioning in summer. No noise after 10 PM. House usually quiet during day. The male renters that live upstairs are all long-term tenants that work by day and tend to be quiet at night. There is good lighting in the parking area; off-street for one vehicle. Also, the streets are well lit around the house. I do a month to month lease with a 30 day notice when moving requirement. This is a house that has 7 units (5 sleeping rooms and two apartments). Background checks our done at your expense. Parties and loud friends would not be welcome. Smokers most go out side, away from the house with cigarette bits picked up. When heat or air is on all windows are closed. I pay all utilities. Snow removal is done if over an inch falls, there are shovels available for you if under. Rooms are inspected periodically for smoke detector operation and ensure unit is compliant with rental regulations. I like my renter present during this. Over night guess are not allowed. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and quit place in Fargo you might like this. I will charge a $75 cleaning fee on less then 3 month stay. Internet is available for $20 a month.
