We just installed Luxury vinyl floor in the kitchen and living room. The living room will be done tomorrow. The tenant pays utilities. I am looking for a quiet, responsible tenant. In the past, I had grad students. One stayed 6 years, the other 7 years until they both bought homes of their own. This is an apartment for a more casual person, someone that works or studies. The front yard is great for grilling out and enjoying your company. Walking distance to Coralville Central, so this would be great for a single parent with a child. I will need references.
