They are not available for tenant to rent(-currently occupied storage spaces) Owner pays water, sewer, garbage and lawn service but tenant is to contribute $45 monthly towards services. Tenant must pay their own PG&E. We allow a cat with an extra $35 per month pet rent and an extra $300 deposit. Sorry no dogs allowed
